Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting one dough sheeter machine, brand name or equal to the RONDO Dough Sheeter Model SSO 687C. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price supply contract, with the Government reserving the right to make a single or multiple award. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026, and late delivery may result in a negative performance evaluation. The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be based on price and past performance, including delivery performance. Vendors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management and submit the required offer information, including the applicable portion of FAR 52.212-3 and the offeror information requested on Standard Form 1449.
