Description
Northern Wasco County People's Utility District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from licensed and qualified contractors experienced in aerial and underground Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) construction. The scope includes installation of service drops and associated network equipment at customer premises. The solicitation identifies one fiber construction services line item and includes an RFP document plus an exhibits-and-forms package. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled, with the meeting link provided in the RFP document.
