The Colton School District 53 is proposing to exempt the Colton High School Classroom Wing Seismic Rehabilitation project from competitive bidding, instead using a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) delivery method. A public hearing will be held on November 18, 2024, to review findings and receive public comment. The written findings report is available upon request from Dave Kline at 503-824-3535.
