Description
Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is soliciting up to two contractors to provide miscellaneous plumbing services on an as-needed, job-specific basis for participating facilities. The scope includes plumbing installations, repairs, emergency repairs, scheduled modifications, troubleshooting, replacements, labor, materials, supervision, transportation, permits, cleanup, and specialized equipment. Emergency service must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a response time of no more than four hours after notification. Contractors must provide written not-to-exceed estimates before work begins, comply with New York prevailing-wage and Department of Labor registration requirements, and maintain qualified personnel, including at least four repair personnel and service personnel with at least three years of relevant experience. Pricing is based on bid factors applied to prevailing-wage rates by labor classification and county, plus markups for materials, specialized equipment, subcontracted work, and overhead and profit. The contract guarantees no minimum or maximum purchases and is effective from award through November 30, 2027, with up to four additional 12-month renewals by mutual agreement. Required submission materials include the completed bid and qualification forms, references, equipment certification, insurance documentation, W-9, New York State Department of Labor registration, and names, experience, and licenses for proposed service personnel.
