Description
The Seminole Tribe of Florida's Housing Department is soliciting bids for standby generator installation services at four Big Cypress Reservation properties. The contractor must remove and dispose of existing generators and tanks; prepare sites; furnish and install four new Generac 30 kW, 120/240-volt, single-phase liquid-propane standby generators; install battery kits and emergency-stop buttons; provide and connect four 200-amp automatic transfer switches; connect to existing breakers; install conduit, wiring, regulators, and piping; and service, bury, anchor, and connect 500-gallon liquid-propane tanks. The scope also includes concrete pads, permits, drawings, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, cleanup, startup and testing, and project management. All equipment and materials must be new and comply with applicable codes and standards. The contractor must provide manufacturer warranty information and a minimum two-year workmanship warranty. Services must commence within 120 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed and be completed within 120 calendar days, unless otherwise determined by the Tribe. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility, and subcontractors require advance tribal approval.
