Description
Fulton County's Department of Public Works is seeking a consultant to provide technical and professional program management services for the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax program. The scope includes interpreting and applying SB369 and related intergovernmental agreements; monitoring city-entered transportation project data; tracking monthly sales-tax distributions; coordinating and facilitating citizen oversight council and public works meetings; and preparing required annual reports, technical memoranda, and other program documents. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through work authorizations and notices to proceed, with no guarantee that the County will issue work. The initial contract term is 365 calendar days with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, required purchasing and compliance forms, insurance and risk-management materials, and a cost proposal. Key personnel must have at least three years of experience delivering transportation programs, and the Project Manager must have at least five years of relevant experience; the solicitation also requests three similar project references from the past three years.
