Clayton County, Georgia is soliciting bids for an annual contract to supply liquid asphalt cement (CRS-2h and/or SS-1 emulsions) for pickup at the bidder's place of business by county personnel. The contract will be awarded based on unit price per gallon, with no minimum or maximum quantity guaranteed. Bidders must be listed on the Georgia DOT Qualified Products List #7 and have at least three years of verifiable experience. The initial term is one year with four optional one-year renewals.
