Description
Williamson County is soliciting multiple contractors to provide annual exterior window cleaning, inspections, on-call cleaning, and emergency response services at various County-owned facilities. The scope includes cleaning exterior glass, frames, sills, ledges, atrium glass, and exterior window panels; removing dirt, debris, bird droppings, and nests; protecting surrounding property; and supplying all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and mobilization. Contractors must be capable of using rappelling, lifts, cranes, scaffolding, and other access techniques as required by individual facilities. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis through project-specific quotes, purchase orders, or service contracts, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. Respondents must provide pricing for annual services, hourly labor, emergency response, equipment and materials markups, and related services. Proposals must address staffing, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, equipment, reporting, references, similar contracts, and methodology. The County intends to establish multiple contracts, including principal and backup providers, for an initial term beginning on the date of award through September 30, 2028, with four additional one-year renewal options.
