Description
Lexington County is soliciting sealed bids for uniforms and related apparel for its Fire, EMS, and 911/Communications departments. The bid form identifies specified brands and manufacturer product numbers, including duty pants, shirts, polos, T-shirts, shorts, jackets, parkas, fleece garments, caps, belts, ties, and garments with sewn patches, embroidered logos, or screen-printed department markings. Quantities shown are 2026 order histories and are not guaranteed; the contract is for fixed-price, indefinite-quantity purchases made through blanket purchase orders. Bidders must price the listed items, include 7% South Carolina sales tax and shipping/freight, provide a shipping matrix, and comply with specified sizing, colors, branding, packaging, delivery, and alteration requirements. Substitutions will not be accepted for the listed specifications. Alterations must be provided at no additional cost, with a tailor or seamstress within 30 miles of 436 Ball Park Road; subcontractors are permitted subject to County approval. Deliveries are to the County's Central Warehouse, and orders must be confirmed within three business days and delivered according to the purchase-order shipping instructions.
