Description
Chilton County Commission is soliciting a one-year supply of approximately 50,000 gallons of gasoline for the Chilton County Sheriff's Office. The gasoline must be unleaded 87 octane or better, with pricing quoted as a margin over the OPIS Montgomery Rack Average. The margin must include storage, transportation, and handling charges, while taxes and applicable fees are excluded. Delivery time after order placement will be considered in the award. Deliveries will be made in quantities of approximately 6,000 gallons to the Chilton County Jail and 4,000 gallons to a second county location. The awarded vendor must provide published OPIS pricing with each invoice and furnish evidence of OPIS cost. The bid must be submitted on the attached Bid Submittal Form, with a hard copy of the OPIS cost accompanying the bid. The contract is effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
