Description
The contractor will environmentally close the remaining active fuel tank and remove three total 5,500-gallon fuel tanks, including removal and disposal of the existing fuel/water mixture in Tank 1, tank purging, and hauling the tanks away. The scope also includes removing associated catwalk sections, scaffolding, wires, electrical components, connections, and conduit leading from Building 40 to the fuel pad. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, supervision, environmental compliance, waste disposal, site cleanup, and restoration. Work must comply with applicable EPA and Air Force regulations, ANGETL, ANG Handbook, Unified Facilities Criteria, and installation security requirements. The firm-fixed-price offer must include lead or completion time, assumptions regarding site survey, security, and field conditions, and recent and relevant past-performance references. Contractor personnel and subcontractor personnel requiring installation access must complete applicable background checks and security procedures.
