Jefferson County Commission Department of Roads & Transportation is soliciting encrypted electronic bids for guardrail improvements under the Local Roads Safety Initiative and High Risk Rural Roads Program. The project consists of grading, drainage, base work, paving, striping, and traffic signals. Questions must be submitted through the electronic solicitation system.
