Description
The County of Chemung, in conjunction with the City of Elmira, is soliciting proposals for a Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plan for the year 2026. This opportunity is being managed by the Chemung County-City of Elmira Purchasing Department. Proposal documents will be available online starting June 11, 2026, through the Empire State Bid System website (www.empirestatebidsystem.com). Vendors are required to register on the website to obtain official bid documents and to ensure receipt of any addenda. While a free subscription is available, vendors are advised to check the website regularly for updates. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Empire State Bid System no later than 2:00 P.M. on July 10, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
