Description
The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide third-party administrative services for dental benefits. The contract period is anticipated to be from 2027 to 2032. Interested firms can download the Request for Proposal Package from centro.bonfirehub.com. Proposals must be submitted through the same platform no later than 1:00 PM EST on July 15, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. All proposers must certify they are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors and comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations. CNYRTA will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprises (M/WBE), and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses (SDVOB) have a full opportunity to submit proposals and will not face discrimination.
