Description
The Village of Deerfield Department of Public Works and Engineering is seeking statements of interest and qualifications from professional engineering consulting firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of projects. Firms may submit qualifications for one or more of four categories: stormwater surveying, modeling, planning, and design; water distribution infrastructure and lead service line replacement programs; transportation engineering, including roads, traffic, bridges, signals, lighting, and streetscapes; and construction management, including plan review, oversight, documentation, and inspection for utility, concrete/HMA, retaining wall, and parking lot projects. Respondents must provide their full list of Illinois Department of Transportation prequalifications and, at minimum, hold prequalification for Highways—Roads and Streets; Location/Drainage Studies—Reconstruction/Major Rehabilitation; Special Services—Construction Inspection; Special Studies—Location Drainage; and Special Studies—Traffic Studies. Submittals are limited to 50 pages and must address the firm's qualifications, assigned personnel, category-specific interest and abilities, project approach, three similar projects completed within the last five years for each submitted category, and related experience. Qualified firms may be invited to interview and selected firms will be notified as projects arise.
