Description
Chautauqua County Airports seeks qualified professional performers and organizations to provide entertainment for the Wings Over WNY, Chautauqua Skies Airshow. Potential acts include aerobatic aircraft, formation teams, jet and warbird demonstrations, civilian parachute teams, helicopter demonstrations, and other aviation or ground entertainment. Performers must be available for both the scheduled public airshow date and the rain date, and should be prepared to attend briefings, rehearsals, and practice flights and coordinate with event and aviation personnel. Proposals should describe the act, performers and aircraft, qualifications and safety history, operational and support requirements, schedule, and availability. Respondents must provide a performance fee and itemized estimated expenses, along with travel, fuel, lodging, staffing, promotional, cancellation, and payment information. The County may select multiple performers based on overall value, including safety, qualifications, entertainment value, cost, operational fit, and references.
