Description
The California Interagency Council on Homelessness is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and operations for the Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS), which collects and aggregates Homeless Management Information System data from 44 regionally based Continuums of Care across California. HDIS provides an unduplicated count of people accessing homelessness services and supports analysis of service utilization patterns and the characteristics of people experiencing homelessness. The system operates across independently managed HMIS environments that follow the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HMIS Data Standards Manual. The scope includes business-function software, database management and reporting, metadata management, business intelligence and data analysis, software application administration, access management, cloud-based database and platform services, and cloud-based data analytics services.
