Description
The United Nations Development Programme Nigeria, on behalf of other United Nations agencies in Nigeria, is seeking an experienced technical facilities management service provider for round-the-clock maintenance support at UN House Abuja. The scope includes pre-emptive, preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance activities required to keep the facilities operational, and bidders must cover all activities identified in the Terms of Reference. The contract is planned as a long-term agreement with an initial one-year period, renewable twice for up to three years total, subject to a six-month probationary period. A mandatory site inspection and pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and offers must be submitted directly through the designated online procurement system in accordance with the solicitation instructions.
