Description
Lake County, Indiana is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the removal of Bridge #45-00239 on Old Cline Avenue over the Grand Calumet River. The project includes phases such as preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, survey, title search, permitting, and bridge hydraulic design. The estimated construction amount is $1,300,000, with funding from GLRI EPA. The contract term is until project completion. Required prequalification categories include environmental document preparation, project management, topographical survey, title search, non-complex roadway design, appraisal, level 1 bridge design, right of way plan development, construction inspection, and additional categories such as ecological, waterway permits, historical/architectural investigations, level 2 bridge design, utility coordination, and bridge hydraulic design.
