Description
Lake County, Indiana is soliciting bids under a single prime contract for drainage improvements at the Lake County Fairgrounds. The scope includes modifications to existing storm sewer, installation of underground stormwater intakes and piping, infiltration trenches, outfall structures into Fancher Lake, lawn repair in disturbed areas, limited grading along existing parking-lot edges, and a construction contingency allowance. Bidders must submit State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, the DLZ Bid Form, and all other required forms in the specifications. Indiana-based bidders must provide bid security equal to 5% of the total bid for offers over $100,000; out-of-state bidders must provide the specified certified payment instrument. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds within 10 days after award and comply with the County's Project Labor Agreement and responsible-bidding requirements.
