Description
The City of Stamford is soliciting bids for a cooling tower upgrade project at the Terry Conners Ice Rink. This project is funded in part by State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) funds and is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. A minimum spending allocation goal of 25% for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and 6.25% for Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses (M/W/DisBE) is required for the state-funded portion of the contract. Contractors must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet these goals. A bid deposit of 5% is required.
