Description
Clark College seeks a qualified consultant or organization to collaborate on an ongoing, equity-centered talent development program for current and emerging supervisors, leaders, faculty, staff, and work-study students. The work includes assessing existing offerings and institutional needs; designing professional-learning pathways and a coordinated program framework; developing practical learning experiences that address supervisory practice, leadership, teaching and learning, student services, and institutional change; and incorporating student, employee, and community perspectives. The program is intended to support approximately 1,251 employees and should reflect the College’s organizational context and applicable Washington State laws. The selected partner will also develop assessment tools and an evaluation framework, recommend implementation and sustainability strategies, and provide a handoff plan that builds internal facilitation capacity. Proposals must include the requested program approach, work plan and timeline, curriculum outline, measurement and evaluation plan, sustainability and handoff plan, detailed pricing, and at least three comparable client references. The maximum available budget is $50,000; proposals must be submitted as a single accessible PDF using 12-point Segoe UI font and margins of at least one inch.
