Description
The City of Rocky Mount is soliciting proposals from nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies for Community Development Block Grant-funded public service activities for fiscal year 2026–2027. Eligible activities are services, including labor, supplies, and materials, that improve community public services. Examples include employment, crime prevention, childcare, health, homelessness prevention, drug abuse prevention, education, fair housing counseling, energy conservation, welfare services, homebuyer down-payment assistance, and recreation.
