Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting one 500-kilowatt mobile diesel generator. The generator must provide 60 Hz multivoltage output at 480/277, 240/139, and 208/120 volts; meet U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final and CARB non-road mobile emission standards; satisfy ISO 8528-5 transient-response requirements; and include single-point accessory access, UL 1446-recognized Class H insulation, sound levels of 72 dB(A) or less at 7 meters at 110% prime load, 110% spill containment for onboard engine fluids, a 100-amp charging alternator, three-phase coastal insulation protection, anti-condensation heaters, and related specified generator features. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price commercial product purchase. All quoted products must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and be manufactured in America. One complete unit is required, with the offeror providing the unit price and manufactured location.
