The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting an authorized distributor to furnish a power supply represented by CAGE code 38370 and reference number 841-01-14. The item must meet the contract's manufacturing, inspection, quality assurance, preservation, packaging, packing, and marking requirements, including MIL-STD-130, Revision N, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, the offer must identify the original equipment manufacturer, its CAGE code, and the offered part number, and include proof of authorized-distributor status on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official. Evaluation will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Drawings or technical data are not available for this item.
