Description
Louisville Metro Government is soliciting proposals for the supply, installation, and related services for Little Tikes playground equipment, shade structures, and associated components at the Louisville Zoo. Contractors must provide necessary tools, comply with applicable safety and permitting requirements, protect existing facilities and grounds, and remove and properly dispose of surplus materials when directed. The proposal must include firm qualifications and experience, resumes of personnel performing the work, a description of the proposer’s capabilities, at least three similar-project examples with client contact information, and pricing for services, standard hourly rates, rental costs, and service fees. The proposal is limited to 25 pages, excluding required forms. Subcontracting requires Metro approval, and the prime contractor remains responsible for approved subcontractors.
