Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two boxes of iohexol injection, USP, 300 mg/mL, supplied in 150 mL polymer bottles with 10 units per box. The requested item is NSN 6505-01-665-9178 and is identified with manufacturer part number NDC00407-1413-65 from GE HealthCare Inc. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside. The supplies must be commercially packaged for safe delivery, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and stored at controlled room temperature. The item has a 36-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement. Safety Data Sheets and applicable hazardous-material labeling must be provided before award if the product is classified as hazardous. Delivery is required five days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance.
