Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting two packages of size F5 ProTaper Gold conform-fit, ISO-color, sterilized gutta-percha points, with 60 points per package, under NSN 6520-01-717-7563. Dentsply Sirona Inc. part number PTGGPF5 is identified as an approved source. Alternate offers may be evaluated only if the offeror provides a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts. The item is FDA-regulated and subject to applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. The item must have a 24-month non-extendable shelf life. Delivery is required within five days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging, marking, palletization, and shipping requirements apply, including MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, DLA packaging requirements, medical marking requirements, and safe commercial packaging. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
