Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting one training aid, prosthetic wound casualty simulation kit, identified as NSN 6910-01-656-5343. The requested item is a six-in-one tactical combat casualty care trainer consisting of a hyper-realistic male head and upper torso with a user-repairable skeleton, replaceable body and neck skins, tracheas, intraosseous training pucks, and a repair kit. The trainer must support nasopharyngeal airway insertion, upper-airway obstruction clearing, surgical-airway procedures, chest-needle thoracentesis, sternal intraosseous catheter insertion, and proximal-humerus intraosseous catheter insertion. The quantity is one each, with delivery FOB destination in five days after order and commercial packaging, medical marking, and specified military packaging and marking requirements. The solicitation identifies American 3B Scientific, L.P., part number 6N1-TRNR, as the requested source and part number; alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation.
