Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one package of 50 prefilled, 60 mL specimen jars containing 10% neutral phosphate-buffered formalin. The jars must be clear, impact-resistant polypropylene, have wide mouths for specimen access, and include leakproof ribbed caps that are easy to open and close with wet hands or gloves. The supply must be commercially packaged for protection against damage or breakage, with packaging and marking compliant with the applicable DLA medical packaging requirements. The requested item is identified by NSN 6640-01-554-3502 and references Leica Biosystems Richmond, Inc. part number 00810; alternate offers require complete technical data. Delivery is FOB destination, with a five-day delivery requirement, and quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
