Description
The City of Phenix City is soliciting bids for construction of a 20-by-20-foot pavilion and a 20-by-10-foot bathroom serving the Moon Lake Pickleball Courts. Bidders must hold an Alabama General Contractors License, and the selected contractor and all subcontractors must obtain a Phenix City Business License before construction begins. Responses must include the bid amount, an estimated construction schedule timeline, a copy of the required 5% bid bond, and a copy of the State of Alabama General Contractors License. Payment will be made in full after completion of final inspection, and bidders must exclude federal excise taxes from their prices.
