Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting multiple vendors to provide a broad range of plumbing and irrigation supplies on an as-needed basis. The listed products include plumbing repair parts, valves, fittings, faucets, fixtures, pipe and gas fittings, pumps, backflow-prevention equipment, irrigation valves, sprinklers, timers, solenoids, and related adhesives and tools. Vendors may offer equivalent products where permitted and must provide pricing for listed items plus percentage discounts for non-listed plumbing and irrigation items. Items must be available for immediate pickup by authorized City employees, and vendors may also deliver at no additional shipping or delivery charge. Vendors must maintain a business in Muscogee County, Georgia, keep at least 80% of the listed plumbing supplies in stock, provide itemized invoices and delivery receipts, and submit a sample itemized invoice. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors based on qualifications and experience, service plan, client work history, and cost. The initial term is two years, with three additional twelve-month renewal options subject to mutual agreement and funding approval.
