Description
The City of St. Petersburg is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to resurface municipal swimming pools utilizing a marcite finish system. The work includes surface preparation, structural repairs, plaster application, tile replacement, and startup services at three locations: Lake Vista Pool (1450 60th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705), Fossil Park Pool (6739 Dr M.L.K. Jr S. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701), and North Shore Activity Pool (901 N Shore Dr NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701). The contract is for one base year with four one-year renewal options, and the City anticipates resurfacing up to three pools per fiscal year. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits are required.
