Description
The City of St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for updating its Complete Streets Implementation Plan. The project includes updating existing conditions, integrating the Neighborhood Greenways Toolbox, developing a prioritized capital projects list, and creating a new Comprehensive Traffic Safety & Community Action Plan. Key tasks include project management, updating inventory of existing conditions, developing a traffic safety plan with high-injury network analysis, conducting public and stakeholder engagement (including surveys, workshops, and meetings), and producing a final implementation plan report. The engagement includes up to four public workshops, four stakeholder meetings, three Complete Streets Committee meetings, and two City Council presentations. The consultant must also comply with criminal background check requirements for certain facilities.
