Description
Chesterfield County seeks contractors to provide labor, equipment, materials, construction, and repair services for tennis and basketball courts at County Parks and Recreation and public school locations. The County may make multiple awards and assign work through a rotating schedule; individual purchase orders will determine the specific work required, and no single project may exceed $500,000. The scope includes asphalt and concrete paving, patching, milling, overlays, crack repair, cement stabilization, acrylic resurfacing and color coating, court striping for tennis, pickleball, basketball, futsal, QuickStart, and shuffleboard courts, demolition, tennis and basketball equipment, backboards and goals, net systems, divider netting, chain-link fencing, and related installation. Contractors or identified subcontractors must be Certified Tennis Court Builders in accordance with the American SportsBuilders Association. The initial contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with four successive one-year renewal options.
