Chesterfield County is establishing a task-order requirements contract, with the potential for multiple awards, for electronic security system installations, renovations, repairs, replacements, enhancements, programming, and related materials. The scope covers video recording and management systems using Ocularis or Axis platforms; WINDSX access control systems; and DMP intrusion alarm systems. Contractors may bid on one or more system categories. Services include supplying and installing cameras, lenses, mounts, cabling, conduit, connections, hardware, software, parts, and licenses; programming and integrating devices; providing emergency and routine repair response; preparing estimates, shop drawings, as-built drawings, reports, training, warranty support, and technical assistance. Contractors must provide qualified and manufacturer-certified personnel, maintain applicable Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services certification, support 24-hour emergency response, and submit labor rates and manufacturer-discounted materials pricing. The initial contract term is one year, with four successive one-year renewal options.
