Description
The Town of Putnam is soliciting bids for construction of sludge handling improvements at its water pollution control facility. The work includes furnishing and installing one 30-foot-diameter gravity thickener tank and mechanism, a second Moyno sludge pump in the solids handling building, a reinforced fiberglass cover, SCADA and electrical improvements, yard piping, valves, water main relocation, and associated site restoration. The expected project duration is 365 days. Attendance at the October 1, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory; bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend.
