Description
The Alaska Railroad Corporation is soliciting proposals to establish separate term contracts across eight technology service areas: cybersecurity; application development, integration, and business analysis; database and data engineering; service desk and endpoint support; infrastructure, server, cloud, and virtualization; IBM i platform and development; technology project management and technical business analysis; and Salesforce. Services will supplement the corporation’s internal IT workforce and may include consulting, assessments, implementation, project delivery, staff augmentation, support, mentoring, and temporary backfill, authorized through task orders as needed. No minimum work or expenditure is guaranteed, and multiple awards may be made in each service area. Proposers may respond for one or more service areas and must provide a common corporate response, a separate technical response for each proposed area, representative resumes, and a completed pricing schedule for each area, along with the required forms and certifications. The initial contract term is two years, with up to three one-year renewal options. Work may be onsite or remote as authorized by task order; offshore resources require prior written approval. The solicitation does not provide a guaranteed budget or work volume.
