Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is soliciting proposals for diesel fuel DS2, NSN 9140-01-524-0139, and regular unleaded automotive gasoline MUR, NSN 9130-00-148-7103. The first closing covers 14 line items with estimated quantities of 5,196,096 U.S. gallons of DS2 and 1,560,768 U.S. gallons of MUR for delivery to military and government facilities in Guam, Palau, and Tinian. Deliveries require tank trucks, tank wagons, pumps, meters, hoses, couplers, spill-containment equipment, delivery tickets, and applicable quality-assurance documentation; some locations require escorts, special access, security clearance documentation, or rapid delivery during typhoon conditions. The contemplated award is a fixed-price requirements contract with daily economic price adjustment using specified Platts fuel-price publications. The performance period is April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, with separately priced six-month option quantities and an open continuous solicitation for additional line items through March 31, 2030. Technical submissions must include applicable certificates of analysis, certificates of quality, or specification sheets and signed supply and transportation commitment letters. Offer prices must be entered through the PC&S Offer Entry Tool, with the offer and required documents also emailed to the designated government points of contact; all fillable clauses and supplemental guidance must be completed and returned.
