Description
Hyder Public Library is seeking proposals for bundled internet access and data transport at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps, where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions are acceptable, as are symmetrical and asymmetrical services. Proposals must specify download and upload speeds, transport methods for the last mile and middle mile when they differ, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, data limits and overage charges, and any leased equipment, including make and model. Pricing must itemize recurring and non-recurring charges, installation and activation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based charges sufficiently to show the total cost. A one-year pricing option is required; multi-year and month-to-month proposals are also considered. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must address and reference this specific request and be received at least 30 calendar days after the form was posted.
