Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one box of 36 absorbable surgical sutures. The specified item is a natural, size 4-0, 27-inch suture made of plastic glycolide-lactide copolymer, with a 1/2-circle needle. The item has a 60-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement. The solicitation identifies Ethicon US LLC part number J415H and allows alternate offers only with a complete data package for evaluation; adequate evaluation data for alternates is not available at the agency. The quotation must identify the source and part number being offered. The item is FDA-regulated and must meet the stated packaging and medical-marking requirements. The solicitation requests delivery within 20 days after award.
