Description
Portland State University is seeking qualifications from architects, engineers, and consultants to enter into on-call agreements for professional services. The solicitation identifies service categories including architectural, civil, electrical, fire protection, geotechnical, mechanical, structural, and safety engineering; landscape architecture; urban and regional planning; construction management; cost estimating; project management; commissioning; special inspections; testing and balancing; roofing; arborist; and related consulting services. Consultants must be qualified to perform at least one requested service category. Consultants with an active on-call agreement may receive work authorizations or task orders directly or may be eligible to propose on specific assignments. Multiple assignments may be issued during the agreement term, but no work is guaranteed and the university may issue no work authorizations or task orders.
