Description
Home Forward is requesting bids from qualified custodial and cleaning services providers to perform daily cleaning of its downtown Portland headquarters. The agency intends to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract may run for a maximum of five years beginning in November 2026. The electronic RFB and required forms are available through the buyer's online procurement portal. Businesses identifying as COBID, Underutilized Business Enterprise, diverse ability-owned, emerging small, LGBT-owned, minority-owned, women-owned, or veteran-owned enterprises are encouraged to respond, but the notice does not state a formal set-aside or certification requirement.
