Description
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is soliciting one contract for on-call heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services supporting its Vehicle Inspection Program. Required work includes quarterly inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, with additional requirements detailed in the Scope of Work. The initial contract term is expected to begin March 1, 2027, and run for one year. The agency may exercise renewal options for additional periods, up to a cumulative maximum contract term of ten years. The solicitation package includes an offeror information sheet, reference check form, cost sheet, certified disadvantaged business outreach form, disclosure exemption affidavit, equipment list, scope of work, and sample contract.
