Description
Atlanta Public Schools, through Roof Technology Partners as construction manager, is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors for separate roof replacement projects across multiple schools in the greater Atlanta area. Available bid packages include demolition, rough carpentry, and roofing; the scope also includes edge metal installation. Bidders must price each school separately, and awards will be based on best value, including price, subcontractor references, project history, and familiarity with the scope. Qualified bidders must complete the Subcontractor Prequalification Form before receiving the Roof Technology Partners Bid Form. The submission package also requires a 5% bid bond and an Addendum Acknowledgement. Work is subject to school access and background-check requirements for personnel.
