Description
Atlanta Public Schools is soliciting a Construction Manager at Risk to provide preconstruction and construction services for renovations and site improvements at Parkside Elementary School, Heritage Academy, and Hollis Innovation Academy. The work includes constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, design and document reviews, bidding and subcontractor-award support, and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The anticipated construction scope includes HVAC and building-system upgrades, stormwater management, and roof replacement. The solicitation requires submission of administrative forms, offeror references, current workload information, business-license or Georgia-registration documentation, a general contractor's license, a proposal, a completed bid-table response template, and a fee sheet. The stated cost limitations are $4,180,000 for Parkside, $5,040,000 for Heritage, and $5,620,000 for Hollis. The initial contract is a lump-sum contract for preconstruction services, with construction work to be added through an accepted GMP amendment.
