Cloudcroft Municipal School District is requesting offers for Category One internet access and wide area network transport services, including internet access and data transmission at capacities from 1 to 10 Gbps, leased lit fiber at capacities from 1 to 10 Gbps, leased dark fiber, and Category One maintenance and operations. The requested services include installation and initial configuration for six eligible entities. The solicitation includes separate pricing attachments for internet access, lit fiber, and dark fiber. Offerors must complete the applicable pricing attachment in Excel format, including service-provider information, pricing, bandwidth or fiber details, equipment eligibility, installation and construction costs, and additional fees. Proposals must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, comply with applicable E-Rate and supply-chain restrictions, and identify any proposed equipment or services that are not E-Rate eligible. Preference will be given to proposals referencing pricing vehicles eligible for New Mexico applicants.
