Legal 11853 October 28, 2026 November 4, 2026 LEGAL NOTICE CURRY COUNTY Communications Systems ITB NO: 2026/27-05 On behalf of Curry County and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids from qualified companies to provide telephone communication systems and wiring and other low voltage wiring for Curry County, Clovis, New Mexico 88101 IMPORTANT: BIDS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 4, 2026 AT 2:00 P.M. Description
Curry County seeks a contractor to provide licensed electrical personnel on an as-needed basis to install, maintain, and repair telephone communication systems and low-voltage cabling at county facilities. Work may include cabling in plenum and non-plenum spaces, terminations and splicing, cross-connects, integrated services digital network installations, and VoIP switching technology. The contractor must provide emergency response within two hours and respond to non-emergency requests within 48 hours. Bidders must submit hourly labor rates and material markups using the provided quotation sheet. The contract is anticipated to run for two years, with one possible two-year renewal. The award is based on the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications; multiple awards may be made.
