Description
Cloudcroft Municipal School District is soliciting proposals for fully managed dedicated Internet access and wide area network transport serving six eligible entities. Offerors may propose leased dark fiber, leased lit fiber, or both, with symmetrical dedicated bandwidth from 1 Gbps through 10 Gbps. Dark fiber proposals must include maintenance, while lit fiber proposals must provide fully managed symmetrical connections. Internet access must include a static IP address, terminate at the applicant-designated building demarcation point, and include all site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Proposals must address all locations listed in the pricing attachment for transport services, identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, and include a completed pricing attachment in Microsoft Excel-compatible .xlsx format without altering its structure. Vendors must demonstrate current or planned service availability by July 1, 2027, support discounted E-Rate billing through the Service Provider Invoicing method, identify a valid purchasing vehicle, comply with FCC covered-equipment restrictions and Lowest Corresponding Price requirements, and provide 60-month pricing with up to two additional 12-month extensions. The district may also consider its existing service as a standing proposal.
