Description
The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for a proprietary hardware and software technology upgrade to the existing Monaco D-21 Emergency Mass Notification and Fire Alarm Reporting System. This upgrade includes replacing existing CPU equipment with new Windows 11-compatible Monaco CPUs, upgrading the proprietary D-21 Alarm Reporting Software to Version 2, and providing manufacturer-certified installation, configuration, and operator training.
